The author of the course is music director Goran Alteus. He studied at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm where he later worked teaching orchestral conducting. In 1997 he started the first "I-can´t- sing choir" in Stockholm and since then he has had hundreds of inexperienced singers as students. During this time he saw the necessity of creating a course in reading music.

The English version is translated and adapted by Kirsten Spratt. She
studied flute and piano at the Royal Northern College of Music in the UK. Since then she has given recitals and masterclasses worldwide and has made many recordings. Kirsten is now living in Sweden where she runs intensive flute courses for students from far and wide.
